They only seek to promote themselves. It just wouldn’t be love. I hear people talk about it often but then their actions don't line up with their words. Let us not look to the world for joy, peace, or happiness. I fear that too often we as Christians tend to worship God from afar. But then God started to open my eyes to see the habits, the mindset, the words, and the inaction that was holding me back from all that I wanted and all that God wanted me to be. Please help us to read Your word, speak Your word, believe Your word, and become the action taker, and the miracle that we are begging You for. Because when you are a victim of destructive chaos and violence (formless and void), and the darkness surrounds you, it is reassuring to know that the God of the universe is opposed to things that are oppressing you.
